We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time.
This site may contain certain historical information. Historical information, necessarily, is not current and is provided for your reference only.
RETURNS
You have 14 days from the date on which the goods were received to return any item for a refund.
If you wish to return your goods please inform us via email hello@salty-kiss.com and tell us your reason for wanting to return the goods. Pack the items safely (all hangtags need to be attached to items) and send it to our address.
Unfortunately, we are not responsible for shipping costs for returns.
Returns will normally be processed within 10 working days.
In the unlikely event that an item is returned to us in an unsuitable condition, salty-kiss.com reserves the right not to refund the item and arrange to send the item back to you at your expense.
A refund confirmation email will be sent to you once your return has been processed.

All products purchased from salty-kiss.com carry the full manufacturers warranty. We always control all our products, but it may happen we over look some tiny damage. However, we work with recycled materials and scraps from garment factories so some differences should be expected.
If your product is defective then please email us some pictures and your order number we will advise the best way to proceed.
To make sure your new item will last for as long as possible follow the instructions given to your order.
We recommend to (hand) wash your items on 30°C with similar colours. You should hang the items outside in the shade. Please do not wash your clothes at a higher temperature, we also recommend to avoid tumble-dryer. You’ll risk shrinkage.
Is your product damaged and you would love to REPAIR IT? Email us the details and we will see what we can do. We believe our goods can last for ages or at least untill it is torn up. So don´t throw it away easily.
We can not 100% guarantee the repair because not all damage can be fixed. But we will definately try!
We will either repair your item ourself or we will recommend you the nearest specialist. Please note the shipping costs are your responsibility, both ways.
